Each membership level we offer is different. Depending on where you are in your journey as a Loan Signing Agent you will need to review the membership levels, we offer at www.notarystars.com/join to decide. If you are brand new or less than a year into your career, we highly recommend you signing up for at least the Notary Star Membership to ensure you have the advanced training you need to conquer this industry.

Although we can help you achieve success- success is relative to a variety of factors. We do not fabricate, fluff, or over exaggerate the truths of the Notary Loan Signing Agent Industry just to make money off ofyou. We teach you how to do this job as a career (even if you are planning to do it part-time) so that you can have longevity in the industry.

Taking Notary Stars Loan Signing Agent training seriously can lead to you obtaining more work. However, it will not be guaranteed. Your success will be 100% determined if you take full advantage of our training, understand it, and implement it. Anyone who promises you if you take their course that you'll make any amount of money is only going after your heart strings. We can guarantee if you take Notary Stars training seriously, however, that you will be light years ahead of most Notary Signing Agents who do not take any additional training other than the National Notary Assocation (and most other courses).

We are happy if you've invested in other training courses. We actually have a friendly partnership with Notary2Pro and endorse their values as well. We love when their graduates come to us to continue their education. We also refer you to more training courses after you've worked with us (ones that focus on marketing). Our training is different because we focus primarily on making sure you understand all loan types, the twist and turns those loan types can take, and how different each loan is. We don't just teach you how to do a Buyer or a Refinance- we teach you about non-borrowing spouses, trust signings, and split signings. Things you can't and won't learn anywhere else. Does Notary Stars Offer One-On-One Training? At this time Notary Stars does not offer one-on-one training. However, we do offer LIVE training via Zoom in a group setting. In these training sessions, you may interact with your instructors to ask questions during the session. During our weekly mentorship session, we try to give all Notaries a chance to bring their questions to the group each week. If this means longer sessions, then we will extend the session.

How is my training time calculated in Notary Stars?When you access our website your IP address is recorded. For each module you are in we can see it. We calculate your time spent in each module and calculate how many times you access that module manually. LIVE training courses do count for your time as well but you can get to your 125-hour mark either by being in the modules or attending LIVE training or a combination of both. We will be looking for a way to display this to the user in the future, however, at this time it is done manually. Do I Need To Take The NNA Training If I Take Notary Stars Training? All Loan Signing Agents must take the NNA Training every year. However, in the beginning, the limited training the NNA provides will not give you everything you need for today's Loan Signing Agent career. You will be left with many questions. Our training will be far more advanced than what you get at the National Notary Association. If you are in the process of signing up as a new agent we highly recommend starting with us as soon as you have passed your NNA Background Screening and your NNA Certification exam. Even if you are waiting for your stamp. You can be even more prepared when it arrives.

Aside from offering over 150+ hours of training our members also gain access to interviews for industry vendors that we vet for you. We also vet products and services so you don't have to waste your hard money on them. We are very proud to say that even if you stayed a member for years, you will pay less than any other training course out there and get so much more accessible training. And, many of our members consider our training a resource library they can often refer back to as they grow their Notary Loan Signing Agent Business.

How Do I Upgrade My Membership? You may upgrade your membership at any time under the account settings in your member profile.

In order to downgrade your listing, you would simply visit the upgrade section of your account and select a lower-level membership to upgrade to.

How Do I Delete My Membership? Deleting your listing will cancel your subscription and membership. We highly recommend simply downgrading to not lose the SEO power of your listing. If you are leaving the Notary Industry for good then you should delete your listing.

We actually know a lot of Notaries who are successful in the Attorney-Only Closing States. However, this does mean you will have more barriers to pass to get your business off the ground. First of all you can still do closings for any State that is not an Attorney-Only Closing State as closings go by where the property in the transaction is located- not where the signers are located. Think about all the people who have homes located in other States (Second Homes and Investment Properties). There are also lots of travelers in highly populated areas who have to sign documents from other States while traveling and they don't need an Attorney. You will also need to be able to market to Attorneys locally. Many Attorneys appear on Zoom (or on the phone) from their office while their Notary does the leg work of running all over town. You may also want to focus more on General Notary Work to fill in your calendar- or have a side-hustle. REMEMBER: NOTARY STARS DOES NOT ENDORSE CALLING NOTARY LOAN SIGNING AGENT'S WORK AS A SIDE HUSTLE AS IT'S TOO IMPORTANT OF A JOB TO THROW IT AROUND AS A "GIG-ECONOMY JOB."

Are Notary Stars and Unlimited Ink Notary the same company and if I sign up for Notary Stars will I get work from Unlimited Ink Notary? NotaryStars.com and Unlimited Ink Notary are owned by the same owners but are very separate companies. Unlimited Ink Notary is a signing agent with a finite amount of transactions per month Nationwide. Becoming a Notary Stars member will of course get you on the preferred list for sure for Unlimited Ink Notary (as well as several other Signing Agencies) but will not guarantee any business from Unlimited Ink Notary or any Signing Agency. Notary Stars trains you to be able to work with any Title or Signing Agency Nationwide. Stopping only at Unlimited Ink Notary would be foolish for a new or existing Notary and would be too self-serving for the owners of Notary Stars and Unlimited Ink Notary.
